Pricing
Indicative rates, in the open. A fixed quote in 48 hours.
These are indicative ranges for the kind of work we do — shown so you can sanity-check budget before you ever get on a call. Your exact price is quoted in writing within 48 hours of describing the work.
Overview
How pricing works here
Every desk prices on its natural unit — agents per month, meetings held, records processed, deliverables shipped — so your cost scales with the thing you actually consume. Pilots run at the same unit rates (real work, not demos), and ongoing engagements are monthly with 30-day notice.
The indicative bands below move with complexity and volume: more channels, harder ICPs and messier data sit at the top of a band; volume and simplicity at the bottom. Two things never move — rework for our errors is free, and a quote does not creep after signature.

Comparison
The in-house math, honestly done
- 1 US support hire
- $3,500–4,500/mo loaded → funds 3–5 dedicated agents here, management included
- 2 US SDRs + manager
- $18k+/mo → funds a full sales pod ~3× over
- In-house PPC manager
- $5k+/mo for ~15 accounts → flat $300–600/account here, only for accounts you actually have
- The honest trade-offs
- Accent on some voice work; timezone overlap needs planning; management must be real — which is the part we sell built-in
Pricing questions
Because hidden pricing filters for buyers with time to waste, and we want the other kind. Indicative ranges let you disqualify us in thirty seconds or arrive at the pilot conversation already serious. They are honest ballparks, not a fixed rate sheet; your quote is tailored and confirmed in writing.
Volume moves rates; negotiation theatre does not. The ranges here reflect typical market rates for comparable work; your tailored quote usually lands inside them, and if your scope pushes it outside, the quote explains exactly why.
USD by default (GBP/AUD on request), monthly invoicing, bank transfer or Wise. Pilots are prepaid; ongoing work bills monthly in arrears with 15-day terms.
The same unit rates as production — a pilot is real work, not a demo. Typical pilots: one support agent ($350–700 for two weeks), a 10-meeting appointment block, or a sample data batch (free for the first 100 records, quoted beyond).
None for standard onboarding — SOPs, training and tooling setup are our investment in the relationship. Complex integrations (custom systems, heavy compliance) are quoted separately and said out loud before anything starts.
Escalate to the delivery manager (minutes), then to the founder (same day). Contracts run monthly with 30-day notice, so the worst case is bounded — and rework for our errors is free at every desk.
Tiers start at the first deliverable; the deeper wholesale rates unlock at modest monthly commitments ($1,500+). No exclusivity demanded — we earn share of wallet the boring way.
Rule of thumb: one fully-loaded US support hire ($3,500–4,500/month) funds 3–5 dedicated agents here, with management and backfill included. The arithmetic is the product; the QA machinery is why it holds. And because every desk publishes its unit — agents, meetings, records, deliverables — you can rebuild our invoice on a napkin, which is exactly the test most vendor invoices are designed to fail.
One seat, one campaign, one article, or one sample batch. Monthly terms after the pilot, 30-day notice. Anything demanding a year of your trust before earning a month of it is mispriced risk.
Rates are fixed for the engagement term and re-quoted transparently at renewal — never mid-stream, never retroactively. The month-to-month structure means dependence is a choice you re-make monthly, which is precisely the pressure that keeps our pricing honest.
Yes — INR invoicing with GST for Indian clients, at rates converted from the same card. The published USD ranges exist because most of our demand is international, not because Indian clients get a different ethic.
Cost of living, not quality ceiling: the same $700 that buys 20% of a US hire buys a full-time, degree-holding, QA-scored agent in Indore. The honest trade-offs are accent (for some voice work) and management overhead — which is exactly the layer we sell built-in.
